Will it tell customers how much they’ll save?
Only if you’ve approved a figure, and we’d advise against it. Savings depend on the property, the tariff and how people live. The safe wording — and the one we set up by default — is that savings are worked out at survey, not promised in a chat.
Can it answer grant questions?
From your own approved wording, with a review date on it, because grant schemes change. When the review date comes round you get a text to confirm it’s still right. If you don’t, the old answer stops being used rather than misleading anyone.
What if a customer asks something it doesn’t know?
It says so rather than guessing, takes the customer’s name and number so the job isn’t lost, and texts you the question. You answer once, in your own words, and from then on it can answer it for everyone.
