Case study
An AI front desk for Halls Roofing
A live proof-of-concept showing exactly what an AI front-desk assistant does for a busy trade business.
The problem
Like most trades, the phone rings when hands are full — up a ladder, on a roof, mid-job. Website visitors arrive with questions at all hours, and an unanswered enquiry is simply a job handed to the next firm on the list.
What I built
An AI assistant trained on the business's own services and common questions, matched to how they speak to customers. It sits on the website, answers visitor questions instantly, and captures the details of anyone showing real interest — day or night.
Why it matters
Instead of hoping someone gets to the phone, every enquiry is met and logged. The owner sees who asked, what they wanted, and how to reach them — and, as a bonus, learns what customers keep asking so the whole service sharpens over time.
